Since our inception in 2006, Gradient was setup to spearhead the IT arm in software development and in telecommunication solutions in a Public Listed Company on the Malaysia Stock Exchange (KLSE:0129), namely Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd.

From 2006-2010 Gradient was providing telecommunication support and solutions to all major telecommunication providers in Malaysia, ie. CELCOM, DiGi and MAXIS totaling 30 million subscribers. We were also the SAMSUNG Knox Solutions Partner since 2010.

Gradient as the pioneer in the telematics industry, in the early 2007-2009, we started the “SVR” stolen Vehicle Recovery and road-side assistance, whilst the telematics industry was in its infant stage. We had partner a major PANGLOBAL insurance for the telematics solution of all their insured vehicles. We deployed nationwide deployment of team to recover any stolen vehicles and to provide any road site assistance, we had 24/7 helpdesk support and a maintenance and fitment facility of 5,000 square feet.
